A charity run in aid of children is being prepared for Skopje, the capital of North Macedonia, by Garnet Trade, a forex brokerage active across the international financial markets. The event forms part of the firm’s wider corporate social responsibility programme, which is centred on supporting young people.
Organised under Garnet Trade’s leadership, the run is designed to pair the unifying spirit of sport with tangible social benefit. The proceeds and goodwill raised are intended to feed into projects working to improve daily life for children who are in need of care and protection.
Sport and Solidarity Unite for a Common Cause
The Skopje run sets out to draw together participants of all ages behind a single social purpose. Beyond raising financial backing, the event is also meant to sharpen public understanding of the difficulties such children face. As it continues to expand its international work in the financial sector, Garnet Trade says it is keen to get behind initiatives that link sporting activity to a positive social outcome, in keeping with its approach to corporate responsibility.
“We Want to Grow Success Together with Social Impact”
Commenting on the occasion, Garnet Trade said: “We believe that a company’s success should not be measured solely by financial results. It is important for us to contribute to the communities in which we operate and, in particular, to support the future of children. Through this event in Skopje, we aim to combine the unifying power of sport with solidarity.”
Fuller information about how to take part, the route the runners will follow, and the organisations set to benefit is expected to be released over the coming weeks. Anyone interested in joining can find out more through Garnet Trade’s website.
